" I keep making simple wooden benches for public use, sometimes commissioned, sometimes fabricated spontaneously in public areas we use and have access to, such as the square in front of a studio shared with Stefan Saffer in Berlin."

A bench from Myvillages' Whitechapel Gallery exhibition went to Company Drinks’ garden in Barking, benches made for “Halle 1” in 1998 in Munich are still in Kathrin's parents garden.
